I felt colour
Don't you just love felt? All the lovely colours! I bought these recently, with the excuse that I needed some felt for a phone cosy for Tony. Most of these squares are 4.5", so it wasn't that pricey. Of course, I'm not sure if I can get myself to cut into them. I just want to sit and admire the colours... I got them from Pixie Rose - they've got 72 different colours!

Happy birthday
Is it your birthday today? Happy birthday to you! This is a banner/bunting I made (for a special person's sepcial birthday) a little while ago - and took a picture of in my parent's garden. Nice, huh?
I am thinking we need a bday bunting like this too - to hang whenever we have a birthday. Nice tradition, no? And sure beats those tacky plastic happy birthday streamers that people hang on their front doors here. I find that incredibly weird...
We're off to celebrate Tony's dad's birthday this afternoon. Barbeque at Tony's sister's. Should be a very nice day tomorrow with sun and stuff. And we won't be here in our warm flat, huzzah!
