Tony's big heart
This was lunch. Leftovers from dinner last night and a home made roll. Simple as can be. :-)
Ok, my sweet Tony needs your help! He's been bitten by the bicycle bug and is doing a charity bike ride next month. And seeing as it's for charity, he needs some sponsors! The bike ride is Hearts First Bike Ride - London to Southend 2008 and it supports the British Heart Foundation. A very noble cause indeed. So, if you feel like sponsoring him (as much or as little as you can afford), follow this link. Tony will be very grateful for your support. And I'm terribly proud of him!
