A (errr) dead flower for you

I think dead flowers can be almost as pretty as the live ones. Sometimes I will deliberately leave dying flowers in a vase to see the way they decay. Sometimes the colours become even more spectacular then when they were fresh.

Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for your advice about my shoe/tights problem.I forgot to mention that they are slingbacks, so the heel backs won't work in this case. Unfortunately. The tights from M&S (thanks for the link, Katie!) might be an idea. But now I'm kinda infatuated with the stripy tights idea. Just to be a bit different, you know? I don't really plan on showing off my legs at any point. Well, not a lot, anyway... So it would just be for me to giggle at the thought of my silly stripy tights. Ya know?

Although my mum probably won't like that idea. So best not tell her how strange I am, yes?
