Against all the odds
Oh just look at my little sweet sweetpea! Until a couple of days ago I really feared that I had managed to kill this ickle little plant like almost every other plant that cohabits with me. But there they were, yesterday morning: tiny buds and one blooming blossom already!
Oh, I was so happy!
The last couple of weeks it had been looking a bit sad, so I asked Tony's dad what could be the problem; I'm watering it plenty!? Turns out that might have been the problem (usually, it's too little water that's the culprit!), the poor plant's roots were drowning! So I watered it less and kept my fingers crossed, and apparently it worked.
I wonder what else I can make grow now!Labels: flowers
