Man-made muffins!
The other day T said "maybe I'll try making muffins". He NEVER bakes, the one time I 'forced' him to help me bake bread, he wasn't happy at all. Maybe because it requires actually kneading the dough? So imagine my surprise!
Anyway, today we picked up a few supplies and after lunch he got on with it. And they are rather yummy. And he made them all by himself; my only contributions were chopping the chocolate and sprinkling a wee bit on top.
My guy can bake - I'm so lucky!
