Red shoes for sale
I just finished this painting. I've been wanting to make another one since I sent the first one to my sister last year. Of course, it seems a little silly to want a painting and then selling it anyway. But.
I realised that it's not so much because I want to keep the painting, it's the joy of painting the shapes of these shoes and using the red and green together, that made me want to do the painting again.
And I may just have to do another at some point. Or I might do one with different colours. Who knows.
Anyway, the painting is 12cm x 18cm (approx. 4.5inches x 7inches), it doesn't need a frame as it's painted around the edge (or however you describe that...), but would look nice in a frame too. It is oil on canvas and since I only just finished it, it's not dry yet, so I can't send it off straight away. Just so you know. ;-)
It has a pricetag of £23 GBP and that includes postage. Email me if you want it. :-)Labels: painting
