If you're searching for "problems with e7even"...

You've not come to the right place.

But if you go to the messageboards at ADSLguide, there is a whole section about problems with e7even. And there you might find 'some' solution to your problem. Maybe.

One reason your connection isn't working could be that you've not changed your username format. Although if you were/are in the same situation as us, you probably haven't been told that you had to do that. Or, indeed, what realm you are now on.

From the horse's mouth:
Current Status
Update: 12:27:37 15-02-2006.
As we are now starting to see the first customers migrating off of the –e7even@bbuk network and on to either a non-congested network or another provider altogether, remaining users should start feeling an overall speed improvement, this improvement will become more noticeable as each day goes past until normal speed is resumed over the next short period.

We note that there are still a very large number of users using the wrong username and or password. Please ensure that you are using the correct username format, which will be one of the following:

username-e7even@bbuk
username@e7broadband.com
username@e7even.com (LLU connections only)
username@e7even-reserve.com

It is also essential that you use the correct password and remember all passwords are case sensitive.

I hope that helps. A bit anyway.
