Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle
People who are about to Blog i salute you...
I watched Lewis last night, well actually tonight, i taped it 'cos i was busy.
It's a spin off from the highly popular ITV detective show Inspector Morse. Featuring Kevin Whatley who played Morse's sidekick Lewis. There was a nice moment where Lewis almost got hit by a car that was identical to the car Morse used to drive... spooky!
About time Lewis got his own show...
It had a great joke about Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle.
A lecturer says to his class "A plaque on a wall in Germany says Heisenberg may have stayed here..."
And when Lewis says "Ah, the Uncertainty Principle" the lecturer says "Possibly..."
See... See...?
Anyhow... it made me laugh...
Plus: Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle!! What a title!!!
(Apparently the transporters on Star Trek have a gizmo inside that is called a Heisenberg compensator, it's to compensate for the uncertainty involved in matter transfer...)
