On moving...

As you know, I'll be moving very shortly. First to my parents' (again) and then to England. And since I moved twice last year too, then that's 4 times in 18 months!

Anyway, I was just thinking about how everything is different when you move to a new place. The view, the location, the rooms. And the sounds. Even the sound of a teaspoon against a mug, although it's the same spoon and mug you've had forever. The sound of the fridge closing and opening a window.

It's all those little things that really makes it sink in that you have moved, because even the littlest thing is different. You do things differently too. And that's when you realise that you have moved.

Not just your physical belongings, but mentally as well.
