Where is my Valentino dress??

Tomorrow is Oscar night! So, instead of the links I had originally planned on piling up for you, you get a whole buncha Oscar related ones.

Download the ballot.

Oscar has a blog too! No, actually it's just the show's producer's blog (his name is Gil), but I'm sure that's interesting too!

And the Nominees are...
Style and fashion. Oh this is about the best bit about the whole thing: slagging people on the red carpet. "Oh honey, no! You're not wearing that dress!"

Oh, speaking of slagging celebrities...if you like that sorta thing (and most decent folks do, don't we? Except for T, he couldn't care less and he's also way too nice to say anything bad about other people, celebs or not celebs..!), go here: Go Fug Yourself. If those aren't the funniest bitches ever, I don't know who is! And I mean that in the nicest possible way!

Back to Oscar!
All the Oscars, it has all the Oscars!

And because the world isn't just glitz and blitz on the red carpet: Political Oscars 2005.

Related is this: Oscars to 'Rock' the Red States. Chris Rock is hosting this year's Oscar telecast; his penchant for colorful anti-Bush humor has set the predictable Republican attack machine in motion.

Alright, if you want to join Chris and I in the predicting-the-Oscars game, download the ballot in the .gif format from the link I've posted above. Fill it in and send it to me before the fun begins and I'll put it online and we'll see who does best in the predicting.

I don't expect to be able to do very well as my predictions are mostly shots in the dark as I've only seen a few of this year's nominees. So my ballot shows both who I think will win (pink dot) and who I think should win (green dot). The former is based upon the films I actually have seen and on whatever snippets I've seen of some of the others. The latter is based entirely on my personal favourites and doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the work in this year's Oscars (in fact, how could it when I haven't seen more than a few of them?). The ones that only has one dot are the ones I have no clue about, they are pure guesses.

Chris's ballot.
