Adios Amigo.

Next week we'll be doing some magazine design at the course. 1 cover design, and 2 spreads. The theme of the magazine is travel. No title has been decided yet. Any suggestions? I like "Eo" which means 'I travel' in Latin. Short and mysterious (unless you know Latin, heh)...

Travel is a pretty broad subject and we can choose whatever we want. I'm thinking of doing something about Beirut. That would allow me to have fun with some Arabic fonts and patterns and such... but then, Rome would be nice too, especially since I've been there several times and love it dearly!

I believe in the speedom of freech errr freedom of speech, but sometimes... Should you censur stupid? Sometimes I think so. It would be very convenient. Yet, it goes against what I believe in. So I guess I just have to ignore it. Stupid is as stupid does.

So this morning I went to the bus station with my Mexican visitor, to say a proper goodbye. Which was sad. But that's the way with good things; they have to end, and that's sad, but the memory remains and it's all good. This has been a great week. Who would've known some 2 years ago that one day we would actually meet? Hopefully we will meet again, even if we are on different continents. And I'll drag T with me there as well!

Have a great time, wherever you go, J! Y que la fuerza te acompañe!

Yesterday we went to the Poster Museum to see an exhibition with posters by Danish artist Sven Brasch. His posters were made mainly in the years between the First and Second World Wars. After the II WW, his style was deemed oldfashioned, so he wasn't used much. A pity, for his work is really amazing.
