Monday, and it's not raining. That's a good thing. Snow we may get this weekend, that's even better.

Today's news snippet:

Microsoft is threatening teenage software writer Mike Rowe with legal action for registering and using the domain name mikerowesoft.com

because

..Microsoft's customers could get confused between his site and their site. Source article

I can see that when you say those two names out loud, they sound similar. But isn't Microsoft that much of a household name that people would know how to spell it?
Microsoft apparently think their (could/would be) customers are stupid. So stupid that they wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the business of a teenager and one of the biggest companies in the world.

C'mon, Mr Gates! What kind of business could he take a way from you?? Haven't you got enough dosh already?? Please!

Try typing in www.mikerowsoft.com in your browser? Cannot be found. Because.. *TADAA* This has boosted the traffic on that site, so it can't keep up. Ironic, isn't it?

Completely unrelated, but still funny.

Do we have to "google" everything? How about trying a new search engine? Like objectssearch.com, for example.
